This notice explains the data flows on this iLA Smart website and how to contact us about information you choose to share. It covers the website, not the separate privacy practices of smart locks, device apps or connected services.

Information you choose to share
The request popup collects your name, email, chosen area of interest and project message. Phone number and city are optional. When you choose “Submit”, your details are sent through our Cloudflare-hosted request service to a private Google Sheet in iLA Smart’s Google Drive, together with a reference and creation time. There is no checkout or payment processing. Email and telephone links open your email or calling application.
An enquiry may include your name, contact details and information about your property or product requirements. Share only what is needed for the conversation. Do not send passwords, door-access codes, payment details or biometric data.
Website operation and external services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry processing uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. These providers process technical request information to operate their services. No visitor Google or ChatGPT login is required.
Typefaces are loaded through Google Fonts. When your browser requests these files, Google receives the information needed to serve the request, which can include your IP address and browser-related details. Other images, videos and product brochures are served from the website’s hosting service.

Cookies, analytics and local storage
The custom website code does not set advertising cookies, include an analytics tracker or save browsing preferences in local storage. The hosting or sign-in platform may use its own cookies and technical information to provide and protect its service. Those practices are governed by the platform’s policies.
Interactive scenes and product pages
Room controls, carousel selections and illustrative monitor values operate in your browser. They do not connect to your home, monitor real devices or upload biometric information. The product catalogue provides information and enquiry links; it does not process orders or payments.
Enquiries, retention and your requests
Submitted requests are stored in a private Google Sheet in iLA Smart’s Google Drive so they can be handled as enquiries. The service does not expose a public directory of requests. Your name, contact information, interest, city if provided, message, request reference and creation time are saved. To ask about retention, access, correction or deletion, contact info@ilasmart.com and include your request reference where possible. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Email and telephone communications are handled separately through those channels.
Product and app privacy
Some products offer fingerprint, palm, facial recognition, video or mobile-app functions. Their data handling depends on the exact device, app and installation. Before enabling these functions, request and review the applicable product and app privacy information. Website illustrations do not establish how any particular device stores or processes data.
